'Rosie' was our first broodmare, purchased in 1990, and in our eyes a perfect Sec B. She had the most wonderful temperament and it was a very sad day when we lost her, but she had a lovely life and was perfectly well the day before. She only had five foals with us, but we have three of her daughters in the stud and her last foal, Farchynys Rhodri is retained as a stallion.

'Penny' was another excellent acquisition. After a very successful ridden career as a Wembley SHP she had her first foal in 1993 by Pele, and what a start ! Our most successful in-hand pony to date, F. Rhianwen was Youngstock Champion and Res. Female champion at the 1996 Royal Welsh. Six foals to date by Pele, last
year's colt F. Phoenix exported to France, and her filly from the year before F. Tarian exported to Ireland. Sadly passed away in May 2002.

Rhianwen has certainly been our most successful in-hand pony to date. Shown successfully, but very lightly as a yearling and two year old, it was as a three year old she shone. Champion at Surrey County, South of England and Kent County all in the same season,
she surpassed all our expectations when she was Youngstock Champion and Res. Female Champion at the 1996 Royal Welsh. She has continued her winning ways as a broodmare, being 2nd Novice Broodmare at the 1998 Royal Welsh.

Most of our mares have won prizes, at major shows through the country, including several WPCS medals.
